Quality Associate Details:

Inspecting and handling materials to ensure quality standards are met
Performing RF cycle counts and verifying inventory accuracy
Sorting batches and preparing materials with attention to detail
Wrapping and organizing pallets to prevent damage during shipment Assisting with shipping and receiving while maintaining quality control procedures
Operate reach truck and/or sit-down forklift safely (preferred)

Quality Associate Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to inspect, sort, and handle materials carefully
Basic math and record-keeping skills for cycle counts and reporting Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
