Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- First Shift
- Monday: 4:45 AM - 3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: When OT Mandatory 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 4:45 AM - 3:00 PM
- Friday: 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- Second Shift
- Monday: 2:45 PM - 1:00 AM
- Tuesday: 4:45 PM - 3:00 AM
- Wednesday: When OT Mandatory 4:45 PM - 3:00 AM
- Thursday: 2:45 PM - 1:00 AM
- Friday: 4:45 PM - 3:00 AM
- Overtime will be mandatory through the busy season
- No piercings, jewelry, false eyelashes, nails, or hair extensions allowed on the production floor
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment for efficient operation
- Assemble, fill, and package ice cream products to company quality standards
- Perform quality checks and follow all food safety, sanitation, and PPE guidelines
- Support set-up, changeovers, shutdowns, and clear communication with team members
Ice Cream Production Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related field is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (production floor temperatures can be below freezing).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
