Textile Machine Operator – Warping & Weaving (Manu Details:
Direct Hire position- $
47,194.00 / annually Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Operate and maintain warping and weaving machinery to ensure consistent fabric quality
- Load yarn packages, set up creels, thread machines, and monitor quality checks
- Perform beam changes, troubleshoot machine stoppages, and record production data
- Inspect finished rolls, identify defects, and prepare materials for shipment
- Cross-train across warping, weaving, inspection, and warehouse operations
Textile Machine Operator – Warping & Weaving (Manu Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of recent, steady work experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 20–25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- U.S. Citizenship required (for access to Restricted Area)
- Passing a math test (70% or higher) required
- Willing to complete initial day-shift training (even for night shift)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
