Inside Sales Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00am )
Job Duties:
- Manage incoming phone calls and outbound cold calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Coordinate with outside sales reps to support customer accounts and resolve issues promptly.
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
