We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop/Warehouse General Laborer to join our team at a busy welding and steel supply company.

Shop Hand Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:30pm )
- Safely load and unload steel and materials from trucks, pallets, or conveyors.
- Operate forklifts, saws, grinders, and other shop tools (training provided).
- Perform basic quality checks and report any damage or defects.
- Prepare and package materials for pickup or delivery.
- Keep the shop clean, follow safety procedures, and package orders.
- Work effectively with team members to support daily operations.
Shop Hand Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license required Must be 21 or older to operate company vehicles for deliveries
- Previous warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
