Bilingual Customer Service Representative Details:
Temporary position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Answering inbound calls
- Helping customers through the warranty process
- Up-sales
- Tracking purchases
- Payment processing
Must live within driving distance to "Old Town" in Fort Collins, CO (up to 50 miles).
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Must have strong internet and the ability to plug an ethernet code directly into the modem (can not be a wireless provider or satellite)
- Must have a quiet place to receive calls
- Previous call center experience is required
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to read and speak Spanish and English
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
