Line Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• 1st shift: 5:30am to 4pm
• 2nd shift: 4pm-2:30am
• Some OT and Saturdays as needed
• The shift will rotate and work 2 months on 1st shift and 2 months on 2nd shift
• Ensure the production line operates according to established performance and quality standards
• Communicate with the Heavy Equipment Operator to ensure shakers are properly filled
• Coordinate with the Material Handler and Heavy Equipment Operator on material usage for each machine.
• Monitor shaker levels and maintain continuous material flow to the production lines
• Verify that the correct roll stock is used and properly loaded onto machines.
• Perform necessary machine adjustments to maintain optimal quality and output.
• Conduct quality checks, including weighing and volume verification. Communicate material concerns (e.g., moisture content, material type) with the Material Handler
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing regular housekeeping around conveyors, aisles, and catwalks
• Complete all required production documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
