Lead CNC Machinist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
42.00 to $ 50.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to01:30am )
- Lead and oversee daily workflow, quality checks, and scheduling
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Program, edit and optimize CNC machines using Mastercam
- Troubleshoot machining issues, tooling problems, and setup errors
- Assist with training and onboarding of new machinists as the swing shift team is established
Lead CNC Machinist Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mastercam
- Experience using SolidWorks
- Strong manual CNC operating and setup skills
- Minimum 3 years in a Lead or Supervisor role for swing shift
- Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and machining specs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Wage will include a $3 shift differential
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
