CNC Lead - 2nd shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
42.00 to $ 48.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Oversee daily workflow, quality checks, and scheduling
- Read and interpret blue prints
- Program, edit and optimize CNC machines using Mastercam
- Troubleshoot machining issues, tooling problems, and setup errors
CNC Lead - 2nd shift Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mastercam
- Experience using SolidWorks
- Strong CNC operating and setup skills
- Minimum 3 years in a Lead or Supervisor role
- Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and machining specs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
