Team Lead w/ Manufacturing Experience Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:45am to04:15pm )
- Supervise and support production team members assembling tables and chairs.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Train new employees on processes, tools, and safety procedures.
- Communicate with management on production goals, issues, and progress.
Team Lead w/ Manufacturing Experience Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role within manufacturing required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
- Resume and in-person interview required prior to placement.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
