We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production, packaging, and material-handling equipment running safely and reliably. This is a hands-on role that combines troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, facility repairs, and occasional lab/grounds work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Food Manufacturing Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production, packaging and material-handling equipment; respond to production trouble calls and return equipment to service quickly and safely.
- Perform electrical and pneumatic diagnostics and repairs; install, wire and plumb new and existing fixtures and machines.
- Monitor and maintain refrigeration, boiler, air handling and compressor systems.
- Complete assigned work orders and preventive/predictive maintenance on schedule. Install, move or re-tool machinery as needed; set up and operate moderately complex machines.
- Maintain parts inventory, organize the maintenance shop, and document work.
- Perform light building repairs (floors, walls, doors), grounds upkeep, and assist with wastewater lab testing/monitoring when required.
Food Manufacturing Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance role or dairy processing environment.
- Comfortable with basic shop math and handbook formulas; able to read simple blueprints/drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Proven electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Experience with inventory control and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Strong safety focus, dependable, and able to work independently or on a team.
