2nd Shift Weld Machine Setup/Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
We’re seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join the 2nd shift as Weld Machine Setup/Operators. This position involves setting up, adjusting, and operating automatic and semi-automatic welding machines to produce accurate, high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Set up and operate weld machines to meet production requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and measurement tools Inspect parts for proper welds and overall quality
- Make minor adjustments and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
2nd Shift Weld Machine Setup/Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine setup and welding experience required (MIG or resistance welding preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and safety-conscious work habits
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
