Elwood Staffing is seeking skilled assemblers for a well known manufacturing company on the north side of Colorado Springs. If you have previous sheet metal, or electrical or mechanical experience this is the job for you!

Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists.
- Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
Assembly Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
