Accounting Generalist / Office Manager Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $20.00 to $23.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)
  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Prepare and assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and recordkeeping
  • Oversee general office operations, including supply management and administrative support.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and ensure efficient workflow across departments.

Accounting Generalist / Office Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in accounting, bookkeeping or office management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Avalara).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing day to day needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Experience handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
