Certified Hand Solderer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- IPC-A-610 certification is required
- Hand solder components to printed circuit boards, perform rework and assist PCBA quality assessments
- Review assembly workbook to determine type of solder to use and solder components to printed circuit board
- Utilize specialized equipment (AOI/X-Ray) to perform quality checks
- Understand and use the NCR process when PCBA’s do not meet quality standards
- Perform simple and intermediate rework on boards not meeting quality standards
- Separate printed circuit boards from assembly array frames
- Perform quality checks on boards that have had conformal coat or epoxy processes performed on the PCBA
Certified Hand Solderer Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Soldering experience (IPC-A-610 certification is required)
- Demonstrated attention to detail, planning, organization, multitasking ability, and problem-solving
- Excellent English reading skills
- Experienced with MS Office products and computerized manufacturing system
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
