Production Laborer
The Production Laborer is responsible for assisting with the manufacturing and packaging of soil products in a warehouse setting. Duties include operating equipment, mixing and bagging soil, loading/unloading materials, maintaining a clean work area, and following safety procedures. The role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Production Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Fill, seal, and stack bags of soil for shipment or storage
- Load and unload materials from pallets, trucks, or conveyor belts
- Monitor production lines for quality and efficiency
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Production Laborer Qualifications:
- Experience in production
- Highschool Diploma
- Forklift/Loader experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
