Warehouse Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance, offering guidance and support.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff to ensure continued growth and success.
- Enforce safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve employee issues quickly and professionally to maintain a positive work environment.
Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or team supervision is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills required.
- Must be able to lift/move materials and stand for extended periods.
- Must have forklift experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
