Manufacturing Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform accurate and precise assembly of various drone components, including airframes, flight controllers, and chargers.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and verbal direction to ensure products meet specifications.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools (e.g., torque drivers, screwdrivers), and specialized fixtures and test equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform electrical connection tasks as required
- Conduct in-process quality checks and visual inspections of assembled components and finished products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, malfunctions, or quality issues to manager or manufacturing engineers.
- Ensure all components are properly secured and connections are reliable.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Accurately record production data, including units assembled and materials used.
Manufacturing Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in electronics assembly, mechanical assembly, or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools used in assembly.
- Experience with soldering is a significant advantage but is not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
