Maintenance Mechanic Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging lines, encapsulation machines, and conveyor belts.
- Conduct hands-on repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and instructions in both English and Spanish.
- Participate in on-site practical interviews to demonstrate troubleshooting skills.
- Support continuous production by minimizing downtime and assisting with process improvements.
Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to understand and follow safety instructions.
- Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging lines, encapsulation machines, or conveyor systems.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
