Department Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Oversee daily operations of both Powder Coat and Lighting Departments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage department teams to ensure productivity and quality.
- Organize workflows, monitor production, and maintain inventory for efficient operations.
- Implement process improvements and collaborate with leadership to optimize department performance.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met
Department Lead Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in Powder Coat, Lighting, or related manufacturing operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, schedules, and workflows effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or trade certifications a plus.
- Experience with inventory management, quality control, and safety/compliance standards preferred.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
