Controller Details:
Direct Hire position- $
85,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide leadership and supervision to accounting staff.
Controller Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
