Blending and Milling Opertor
This role is responsible for operating blending, milling, and related equipment to produce high-quality products according to daily production schedules and proprietary recipes. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, with the ability to adapt to changing production needs.

Blending and Milling Opertor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 20.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:15pm )
- Operate blending and milling equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary recipes and follow standards precisely.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform minor adjustments to maintain workflow.
- Safely operate forklifts for the movement and storage of raw, in-process, and finished botanicals.
- Collaborate with Scheduling, Quality, and the Blend Manager to meet production and quality standards.
- Complete all required production paperwork and quality checks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support safety and sanitation.
- Adapt to different production areas as needed to meet operational demands. Perform packaging line changeovers, using tools as necessary.
- Uphold all Food Safety and GMP protocols.
Blending and Milling Opertor Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Forklift experience
- Time Management
- Knowledge and application of cleanliness and hygiene standards. (GMP)
- Flexibility/adaptability: Willingness to switch roles or areas as production needs change.
- Teamwork: Supporting and coordinating with others to maintain workflow.
- Mechanical aptitude: Basic troubleshooting and adjustment of machinery/tools.
- Documentation: Accurately filling out production logs, quality checks, and other paperwork.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
