CMM Inspector/Programmer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Programming fixtures using Poly-works and PC Demis Software
- Scanning and checking parts for Accuracy
- Check replacement Machine Details
- Check IGES files
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for dimensional inspection of parts.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and GD&T techniques.
CMM Inspector/Programmer Qualifications:
- Proficient in operating CMMs with experience in PC Demis and Poly-works software preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles ISO 9001-2015 standards.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, machining techniques, and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
