Litigation Paralegal

A litigation paralegal includes assisting attorneys with trails and legal disputes by drafting documents, managing case files, conducting legal research, organizing discovery, and coordinating with witnesses and clients along with support in the court room.

Litigation Paralegal Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $25.00 to $35.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Litigation Paralegal Qualifications:

  • Education - A bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred along with relevant experience
  • Legal knowledge - legal terminology, principles and practices
  • Professionalism and pressure management in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and administrative skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
  • Proficiency with legal research databases and document management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a legal team
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
