Facilities Maintenance first Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Handle basic facility repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC support)
- Keep buildings and common areas clean and safe
- Set up and move furniture for events and classes
- Maintain grounds, parking lot, and assist with snow removal
- Replace lighting, repair equipment, and work with contractors when needed
Facilities Maintenance first Shift Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and climb ladders
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
