We’re looking for Certified HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you’ll handle heating, ventilation, and air conditioning repairs, preventative maintenance, and system installations for our residents’ homes. HVAC Certified Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in apartment units and common areas
- Perform seasonal maintenance, filter changes, and system diagnostics
- Install new HVAC units and components when needed
- Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Assist with general apartment maintenance tasks as needed (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and property management staff
HVAC Certified Tech Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC experience (apartment or residential work preferred)
- EPA Section 608 Certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces or at heights
- Basic plumbing and electrical skills a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
