Warehouse Shipping Clerk
The Shipping Clerk role is to perform clerical duties that provide support to the warehouse manager and supervisory staff in the day to day operations of the warehouse department; this includes handling various duties such as managing delivery orders, assisting with receiving process as needed, and resolving customer related issues. Warehouse Shipping Clerk Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. W
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Warehouse Shipping Clerk Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
