Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.75 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:30pm to11:00pm )
- Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Act as a liaison between customers, warehouse, and office, ensuring accurate invoicing and account management.
- Maintain and organize paperwork, reports, and schedules for shipments, loads, and inventory tracking.
- Address order issues, including refused, over, short, or damaged products (OS&D), and escalate as needed.
- Provide general clerical support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and operating office equipment.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and take initiative.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, including handling challenging situations.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers, follow instructions, and respond professionally to feedback.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
