Apprentice Electrician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Pull inventory for project.
- Assist electricians by digging trenches and pulling wires.
- Will be on an on-call schedule since the client is open 24/7.
- Bend/cut/run conduit
- Install devices
- Dig/backfill trenches/ditches
- Wire/tie in drives/motors
- Run wire
Apprentice Electrician Qualifications:
- Basic Electrical Knowledge.
- Familiarity with electrical tools, materials, and safety procedures.
- Ability to pull wire and assist in wiring/tie-ins of drives and motors.
- Physical Stamina Ability to lift heavy materials, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
- Capable of digging and backfilling trenches/ditches in various weather conditions.
- Tool Proficiency Experience using basic hand and power tools (e.g., conduit benders, wire strippers, saws).
- Conduit Installation Skills Able to measure, bend, cut, and run conduit (EMT, PVC, etc.).
- Work Schedule Flexibility Willingness to work an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as the client operates 24/7.
- Team Player Able to take direction from licensed electricians and work well in a crew environment.
- Safety Awareness Knowledge of job site safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
