Finishing Department Team Member Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.55 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
As part of the finishing department, you’ll be cross-trained in multiple areas, including:
- Assembly: Using drills, rivet guns, and hand tools to install handles, insulation, hinges, and more.
- Powder Coat Application: Applying powder coatings and ensuring quality finish on production parts.
- Load & Unload: Loading parts onto carriers, programming into the system, hanging/masking, unloading, inspecting, labeling, and packaging.
Finishing Department Team Member Qualifications:
- Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work with hand tools and computers for part specs and documentation
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
