Accountant / Bookkeeper Specialist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports to support business decisions and growth.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to streamline financial processes.
Accountant / Bookkeeper Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience in a restaurant or retail environment a plus.
- Proficiency with accounting software: QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
