Sales Associate Details:
Direct Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Sell jewelry directly from the sales floor while delivering excellent customer service
- Assist customers with custom jewelry builds by ordering and coordinating necessary parts
- Take in and process jewelry repairs, as well as handle buying and loaning services
- Work toward and exceed sales goals to maximize commission earnings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment
Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience – required, retail or jewelry sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve commission-based earnings
