Dispatcher
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher & Freight Broker to join our logistics team in Ashland, Oregon! In this role, you will coordinate freight movement, build and maintain carrier relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries for our customers!

Dispatcher Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Schedule and dispatch freight shipments to carriers and drivers
- Source, negotiate, and book loads with carriers while ensuring cost efficiency
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers, drivers, and clients
- Resolve issues such as delays, damages, or routing changes quickly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of freight movements, rates, and contracts
Dispatcher Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching, freight brokering, or transportation logistics required
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and freight compliance standards
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
