Industrial Maintenance Tech Details:
Direct Hire position- $
56,000.00 / annually Second Shift
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to reduce downtime.
- Inspect, service, and overhaul electrical and electromechanical systems using diagnostic tools.
- Install wiring, conduit, controls, and new electrical equipment to code standards.
- Maintain PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, relays, and control loops; diagnose hazards and isolate circuits safely.
- Support preventive maintenance programs, documentation updates, and overall facility equipment safety.
Industrial Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of industrial or commercial electrical maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, PLCs, VFDs, grounding, and protective relaying.
- Mechanical aptitude with hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in cold, damp food-processing environments; lift up to 100 lbs when required.
- Must provide own tools and be available for emergencies or unscheduled hours when needed.
