Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 12:15pm to08:45pm )
- Operate and adjust a variety of machining equipment including lathes and CNC machinery.
- Program CNC machinery for different materials and operations.
- Plan and execute complex setups for machining large and intricate components.
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.
- Replace or sharpen dull tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety practices and protocols.
- Achieve performance metrics related to quality and customer satisfaction.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings or blueprints.
- Experience in operating lathes and CNC machinery.
- Knowledge of machining operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, and turning.
- Ability to plan and execute complex machining setups.
- Familiarity with selecting tools and devising tooling for various materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
