Batching/Mixer Technician Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $19.00 to $25.00 /annually
• Various shifts available

• Weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients according to batch records and formulas.
• Operate mixers, tanks, and blending equipment used in the compounding of cosmetic products.
• Ensure all components are added in the correct sequence and in the correct quantities.
• Maintain accurate batch records, including lot numbers and measurements used.
• Perform pre-op and post-op equipment cleaning and sanitation.
• Verify ingredient quality and report discrepancies or contamination concerns.
• Follow GMP and company safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with production and quality assurance teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure product safety and consistency.
• Assist with inventory control by tracking ingredient usage and reporting low stock levels.
