PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Immediate openings for experienced electrical production operators as a temp-to-hire for a global technology leader. Hiring for all shifts w/competitive pay for shift differentials.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.85 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
This role spends the majority of time soldering fine wire (46-48 gauge) under a microscope in a cleanroom environment, in addition to:
Soldering prep:
- manually removing cable jacket and stripping wires
- ribbonization and jacketing
- stripping wires using a laser stripper
Crimping wire ferrules:
- hand crimper
- pneumatic crimper
Testing on sub-components & final assemblies:
- electrical capacitance / high voltage
- camera functions
- vacuum pressure
PRODUCTION OPERATOR Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience in similar production manufacturing environment
Additional Required Skills:
- Ability to correctly distinguish colors
- Good manual dexterity
- English fluency
- Ability to read/understand written assembly instructions
- Ability to sit for most of the day
- Ability to stand for up to 75% of the shift if required
- Knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions)
- Understanding of rulers and micrometers
