Human Resources Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- 1. Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the full recruitment process: job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Ensure fair and compliant hiring practices.
- 2. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Conduct investigations when needed and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- 3. Policy Development & Compliance Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Maintain employee handbooks and other HR documentation.
- 4. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Support career growth, succession planning, and performance improvement plans. Monitor effectiveness of training initiatives.
- 5. Performance Management Oversee performance review processes and goal-setting. Provide guidance to managers on coaching and performance issues. Align employee goals with organizational objectives.
- 6. Compensation & Benefits Manage payroll processes in collaboration with finance/payroll teams. Administer employee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, etc.). Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation.
Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, personnel management, or administration (preferably in the restaurant or retail sector).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and hiring processes.
