Store Manager Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $14.00 /annually
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift

1. Team Leadership & Supervision Recruit, train, and develop store staff. Schedule and delegate tasks to team members. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Ensure high team morale and productivity.2. Sales & Profitability Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Analyze sales trends and take actions to increase revenue. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control. Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.

3. Customer Service Ensure excellent customer service standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Create a positive and welcoming shopping experience.

4. Store Operations Oversee opening and closing procedures. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety. Ensure all merchandising and displays are up to standard. Monitor cash handling and daily financial transactions.


Store Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or food service industry

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Proven ability to manage inventory, schedules, and day-to-day operations

Must be dependable, organized, and customer-focused

No formal education required—passion for food and people is what matters most!
