Operations Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
110,000.00 to $ 135,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
The Operations Manager owns and drives manufacturing production efficiency, quality and timeliness supporting our customers and continuous improvement of our operations. This role requires a wholistic approach to balance competing objectives and builds the teamwork to achieve the overall company goals.
Operations Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college program in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience in a lean-oriented, multi-shift environment, preferably in the industrial products/automotive domain with exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
- Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams communication platform
- PLEX ERP expertise required
- Willingness to travel occasionally by car and air, domestically and internationally
- Demonstrated fair and equitable professional demeanor and ethical conduct
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding, assembly, part design, and tooling.
