Project Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide administrative and organizational support to multiple sales representatives.
- Coordinate with designers and purchasing agents to ensure smooth project flow.
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and manage schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Support training initiatives and adapt quickly to new processes and systems.
- Eligible for a pay increase at 90 days based on performance review.
Project Coordinator Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Consistent and stable work history demonstrating reliability and dependability
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
