Quality Inspector Details:
Direct Hire position- $
58,000.00 / annually First Shift ( 09:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform in-process and final inspections of electronic and mechanical components (e.g., circuit boards, battery systems).
- Ensure products meet FAA, AS9100, and internal quality standards before shipment.
- Accurately document inspection results and support nonconformance investigations.
- Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, microscopes) and automated systems (Micro-Vu, Keyence).
- Review and verify build documentation for completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
Quality Inspector Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of quality inspection experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing with electrical and mechanical assemblies.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, wiring diagrams, and MIL-STD specifications.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, AS9100 standards, and electronic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters).
- Ability to operate and program automated inspection systems like Micro-Vu or Keyence is a strong plus.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or permanent resident) due to ITAR and export control regulations.
