Yard Hand/Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Safely operate and learn equipment, including saws and forklifts (training and certification provided).
- Master the use of a scan gun for inventory management.
- Accurately perform cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
- Physically handle, stack, cut, and bundle lumber and a variety of other materials.
- Consistently maintain a clean and organized work environment in both the warehouse and yard.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and actively participate in required safety training.
Yard Hand/Laborer Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is Required.
- Ability to perform prolonged periods of standing and moving throughout the warehouse and outdoor yard.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds independently.
- Comfortable performing manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
- Must be proficient in (spoken) English.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
