Senior Accountant Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 /annually
• Salaried

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements and variance analyses
• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and collections to ensure accuracy and timely payments
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, intercompany, and other balance sheet accounts
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external audits, preparing schedules and documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure proper revenue recognition and cost allocation
• Support system integrations, upgrades, and process improvements to streamline workflows
• Mentor junior accounting staff and provide cross-functional support as needed
