Bar Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Salaried
- Oversee daily bar operations and lead a team of bartenders and barbacks
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control beverage costs
- Ensure compliance with TABC, health, and safety regulations
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns
- Monitor bar performance and implement strategies to increase sales
Bar Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending or bar management experience in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and TABC regulations (certification required or ability to obtain)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional hospitality training a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
