CNC Machine Operator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Operator. This position will start out on 1st shift and will eventually move to 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in advanced manufacturing.

CNC Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) under the direction of senior machinists or supervisors.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Monitor machine operations to detect issues or malfunctions.
- Measure and inspect parts using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- The position will train on 1st shift for 3 months. The hours are 6:30am-3:00pm and $18.00/hour while on 1st shift. Once moved to 2nd shift, the hours are 2:30pm-11:00pm at $19.00/hour.
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Strong work history is required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with tools and measuring equipment (training provided)
- Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
