Procurement Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Maintain and update wholesale costing in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012).
- Manage/create Purchase Info Record in SAP.
- Assist with tracking impact of costing changes to product margins.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external business partners to resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with merchandising pricing managers to efficiently maintain product margins and align on pricing and margin strategy.
- Maintain and update supplier contracts in Ivalua.
- Assist with tracking cost savings and avoidance initiatives.
Procurement Specialist Qualifications:
- Experience in Finance and/or Procurement-related fields preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 preferred.
- Prior experience with SAP preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to independently solve problems and make decisions.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
