Insurance Agent Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
- Provide outstanding customer service through consultative sales and ongoing policy support
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance requirements
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Insurance Agent Qualifications:
- Active state insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health preferred)
- Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or agency management systems
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
