Payrate: $24-$30hr
3rd Shift: 10pm-6am Starting Sunday night

3rd Shift - Maintenance Technician Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Third Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:00pm to06:00am )
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and lockout/tagout requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
3rd Shift - Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of experience with manufacturing maintenance required
- Technical certifications, trade school, or related training preferred
- Automotive or industrial manufacturing experience is a plus
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and machining equipment
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills; electrical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
