Welding Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques on bicycle frames and components
- Inspect welded areas to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand welding requirements.
- Set up and adjust welding equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Monitor heat levels and welding parameters to prevent defects
- Collaborate with production teams to meet production goals and deadlines
- Keep detailed records of welding processes and repairs
Welding Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in welding or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a welding technician, preferably in manufacturing or bicycle production
- Strong knowledge of Robotic Welders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical specifications
- Experience with different types of metals and welding materials
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
